These terms and conditions govern the provision of emergency locksmith services by THE LOCKSMITH DR, a locksmith service provider based in South Africa. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Service Charges

  • The prices for our locksmith services start at R295 (Call out fee).

  • Service charges may vary depending on the nature of the service requested, location, time of service, and any other factors as deemed appropriate by THE LOCKSMITH DR .

  • All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Liability

  • THE LOCKSMITH DR makes no claims or warranties regarding the condition of locks or property before, during, or after service.

  • THE LOCKSMITH DR is not liable for any damage to locks, doors, windows, or any other property during the provision of locksmith services.

  • The customer acknowledges that the service provided is on a best-effort basis, and THE LOCKSMITH DR does not accept responsibility for any further damage or loss that may occur.

4. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services must be made upon completion of the work.

  • Payments can be made via cash or any other payment method accepted by THE LOCKSMITH DR at the time of service.

5. Service Availability

  • Emergency locksmith services are available 24/7, subject to availability.

  • While we strive to attend to emergency calls as quickly as possible, response times may vary based on location and demand.

6. Customer Responsibility

  • The customer must ensure that they are the rightful owner or authorized user of the property requiring service.

  • Any false information provided by the customer that results in undue damage or costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

7. Force Majeure

  • THE LOCKSMITH DR shall not be liable for any delay or failure in providing services due to causes beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, accidents, or other unforeseen events.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • THE LOCKSMITH DR reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any amendments will be effective as soon as they are published on our website or made available to customers in another appropriate manner.

9. Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved by the courts of South Africa
